The worse customer service in the world. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this, Connie was watching over the self checkout lanes my Apple Pay wasn’t working so I had to run back to the car and get my card so she cancelled the 3 items I had and put them back after I told her I’d be right back in. I grab the items again and go back to self checkout because the only lane open had people so I ring up my items and I pay with my card I owed 29 cents and the machine I was at didn’t take cash or change so I asked her if she could cancel it and ring it up at her register or just cancel it so I can go to another register and she asked me why I literally stood there in shock and said why are you being so rude. She continued to ask why I wanted to cancel the transaction again and I already cancelled it once. Asked me if I could buy it or not , I repeated myself I just need to split the payment and it doesn’t accept cash then she goes maybe I can with the snarkiest most rude attitude ever. Now with tears in my eyes I looked around in complete disbelief as another worker was standing there witnessing it I just walked away to guest services and told them about the interaction. Which it seemed like they did not care at all.I will never be returning here again. I am beyond disappointed I’m horrified to have experienced something like this especially in front of my child!!! To stand there and argue with me as I’m visibly upset and continue to badger me on why I need to switch registers is beyond me and someone like that should not be working in bay type of customer service.
The employees are so helpful. Chris at the service desk helpful and courteous. David and Beth in deli always pleasant and listen to my needs. Store is always clean

I shop here for the convenience as it is located close to me and the store is easy to navigate. The produce section has been upgraded lately and it has a really good selection of fresh and organic produce.
Acme has a really good digital coupon system and they send me an email every week with my savings selections. Only problem is every time I go there they are out of stock on at least one of the coupon saving items. This has happened almost every time I shop there.
This is my emergency stop when I don't want to drive to shoprite. I don't understand why it smells like fish/seafood at times. Can't they open the back doors when they get seafood delivery?! Or when need to clean the seafood?! I have to admit, the deli is always fresh, and the Italian bread is a hit.
All employees have been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional especially at the Customer Service counter. Love the meat specials...what a bargain! Very clean store, shelves well stocked, close to my home. Thank you...we need you here.
